Return Policy Our seamless products are considered intimate apparel(s). In accordance with Federal and State Health Code Regulations, bodysuits, shape wear products, etc., are considered intimate apparel(s) and are NON-REFUNDABLE. The only exceptions are manufacturer’s defects. SNUG has a 100% GUARANTEE that your purchase has been unused, unworn, and handled with care. That being said, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a refund or exchange (except for additional charges associated with shipping and handling) with 14 days for merchandise that has been unworn and unwashed.

Returning Items to SELLER Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box we shipped to you. Please include your packing slip, return authorization form and or return authorization number written on the outside of the box with the item(s) you are returning and reason for return. If the original box is not available, you can use any unmarked box appropriate for shipping. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them at this time.
